Tecna Corporation was established by Mr. Sikander A. Durrani, in November 1972 as a result of a merger of four privately owned businesses involved in manufacturing, military equipment sales, export of industrial machinery, aircraft sales/charter, and consulting.

As Chairman and CEO of Tecna Corporation, Mr. Durrani has guided the Company since its formation. He has over thirty five years of international business experience in the aerospace and automotive fields and has business interests covering manufacturing, trading in the aviation, marine and communications, power generation, consulting sectors.

Tecna Corporation’s current business activities include manufacturing and sales of Industrial and aerospace products, power generation, raw materials and commodities, industrial machinery, infrastructure projects, strategic consulting and logistics services.

In the Defense field, Tecna Corporation has been registered with the U.S. State Department since the mid seventies as a manufacturer, supplier and exporter of a very large number of Munitions List Articles covering the full range of military equipment for Land, Naval, Air, Security and Special Forces.

Annual sales are currently averaging around 215 million dollars. Cumulative sales approaching 3 billion dollars.

Tecna Corporation is currently one of the “Top 25 Minority Owned Businesses” and  is among the “Top 200 Privately Held Companies” in survey’s done by “Crain’s New York Business”.

Tecna Corporation offices and/or production facilities are located in the USA, Pakistan, South Africa, China, and Russia.
